ALDI Asst Manager interview questions

Virtual due to covid. The DM provided time for me to ask questions and was very informative. This interview is a three step process. The phone interview was spent gauging if you qualify and the virtual interview was more in-depth. Questions were the usual, education, previous employer(s), reasons for leaving.

interview with the director of operations and my district manager. just some general questions as I already worked there as a shift manager. my role in the company my future with the company etc
