ALDI Cashier interview questions

It was one on one with the manager in the break room. The manager was nice but did ask somewhat difficult questions (at least for a 20 year old in college). Asked about previous work experiences and how I learned from my past jobs

Lots of different stages - phone interview and then group interview process then medical type assessment. Lengthy process between each stage of the process. Lots of other applicants being considered
