I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Columbia, SC) in Jan 2016
Interview
Received a email from a district manager asking for a interview arrived on time dressed nice. The interview consisted of a few questions about my experience the job requirements etc. It wasn't a professional interview as the district manager was on his phone basically for the whole time and then associates kept coming in and out of his office. This was rude to me as they could of waited. I was excited about this job when I first arrived and the District manager seemed really interested in me as I had perfect experience to be a great candidate for this company said by his own words but it was unprofessional and rude. He continued the interview with both the two associates inside his office I asked some questions and he told me if they were interested I would receive a call within a week. It's been a week so I doubt I got this job but I'm cool with that.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Fayetteville, NC) in Apr 2012
Interview
Two interviews in which your were asked work related questions and second interview you were asked to submit a drug test. Most questions were employment situational questions and the interviewer was looking for how you would work with management to come to a resolution. They basically wanted to know if you would be able to adhere to company policy and standards.
