Remote interview just ask few questions in front of your computer. It’s not very difficult but I believe there’s no Asian in any Aldi shop maybe that’s the reason they don’t wanna hire me....

Interview
The interview process was a group session, in which we were asked to take part in a teambuilding exercise, asking us a hypothetical set of multiple choice questions re: what would we do in the case of a plane crash. We were separated into groups within our group and then rated on the accuracy of our answers.

My interview with Aldi was an automated video interview process where they give you a few seconds to prepare then record your response. It asked some fairly challenging and in depth questions.
