The interview was quite quick, 10-15 minutes. The question that was asked were pretty basic, "why did you apply", and trying to get to know you more questions, especially when you do not have a background working as a customer assistant
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Huddersfield, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Successful at the online application and invited to participate in an assessment centre. The centre involved as store manager outlining the company ethos and what the job role would involve then a group discussion and group style paper exercise. A short numerical test rounded of the afternoon. Overall a comfortable interview process.
