The interview process was with a District or Division Manager after a resume review. The interview was in-person with some common questions and a more formal process than informational interviews.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ALDI (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2020
Interview
just some normal questions to find out how well you know Aldi and how well you know about this position's responsibility.
time management is an important skill for this position and also good sales skills
on campus interview then 2 weeks for second round then 2 weeks for final round... way too long. It is not worth my time nor is it worth the salary. They want you to drive around more than you actually work. If you do the math backwards and find out how much you get paid they only give you about 9 bucks an hour.
