I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ALDI (South Windsor, CT) in Mar 2021
Interview
Group interview with super specific and overly complicated questions. Interviewers were unfriendly and disrespectful and didn't allow me to complete my sentences when answering a question. This was my second interview and my first interviewer was in the room. I was asked the same question during my second interview as I was in my first so I gave the same example and the interviewer cut me off and asked me to give another example. Being a senior in college I only have so much experience so I needed to take a minute to think of another example and he really threw me off and destroyed my confidence.

Question 1
What motivates you? How do you think your organizational structure has helped you to get where you are now?
Lots of interviews and don’t really specify how much work there will be. The final one did illuminate the lack of work life balance at the company. Overall, they seem like nice people but not a great job offering.
