I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ALDI in Mar 2021
Interview
The first interview was mostly behavioral questions and getting to know more about me and my resume. Questions seemed to be tailored to my experience and how I answered previous questions. I was invited for a second round interview.
The first was a video interview, which the hiring manager is a current DM. She was extremely disengaged and cut me off multiple times. I was shocked to hear that I had been moved to the next interview, which was an in person interview. I have a bachelors degree but did not meet the 3.0 GPA requirement that was NEVER mentioned or on the application or jog requirements, so right away they told me no and that was the end of the interview. Complete waste of time, unfriendly and unprofessional hiring staff.

Question 1
Was there anything you would change about your college experience?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ALDI (Oak Creek, WI) in Mar 2021
Interview
ALDI attended a career fair at my school. I was able to chat with the recruiter who was actually a current DM briefly. He went over my resume and encouraged me to apply.
I applied. The next day I received an email to set up an interview with another DM. This time the interviewer was a lady and she was very cold and unfriendly. She seemed very much so disengaged.
The interview didn't even last 15 minutes.
