The interview process requires you to attend an informational session before the interview. This session will give you personal insight on what the job will require. You will learn that you first year will require you to work on weekdays, weekends, and even holidays

Very conversational. You're required to attend an informational session the day before the interview. The people that attended my campus were very impersonal and blunt. They described their job as very intensive (working weekdays, weekends, and holidays).

Interview with the director, then do a ride day with a current dm. If they like you there you will either get offered in the next few days or you might have to do another round of interviews.
