I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ALDI in Oct 2018
Interview
It was a one on one interview with an Aldi recruiter. I applied online and the Aldi team had come to my campus for interviews. The recruiter was very nice and tries to establish a little small talk before going into any actual interview questions. For example, why I picked my college and how I liked the city it was in.

Question 1
What would you like me to know about you that isn't on your resume?
The interview process was short. I only made it to the first round and I wasn't selected to continue forward. There was nothing that stood out as abnormal during this interview process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Bloomington, IN) in Sep 2018
Interview
Very basic, mostly questions about my resume and a few situational questions about store priorities. Overall, I would say that it was very average. It is just a screening process used to move the most viable candidates into the second round of interviews.
