I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Athens, GA)
Interview
Interview was mostly behavioral questions with a few applicational ones. I was not able to ask any questions at the end of the interview, which was very strange. Interview was in a room, 1 on 1 with a district manager, looking over multiple stores in my region.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process was very disorganized. I was never told how many interviews I was going to have or who I would be interviewing with. They kept candidates for the internship and the full-time District Manager position in the same room for about 3 hours and would call out names in rounds, which was nerve-wracking. Interviews were very short, no more than 10 minutes. The interviewer seemed uninterested in me but would ask really obscure questions. It seemed they already knew who they were going to pick.
As a side note, it seemed like a bro culture at the office. I'm a woman, and I felt like the all-male interviewers would sort of pal around and act friendlier with the male candidates.
