ALDI District Manager interview questions

It was a 2 stage interview. The first stage was a phone interview and the second stage I was invited to Jefferson, GA to meet the Directors. It took about 30-45 minutes. After a decision was made and I got the confirmation by phone and email.

On campus interviews, interviews were scheduled for 30 mins and my interview was scheduled at 2:45. I was preparing for my interview in my car and walked in at 2:35,apparently I was “late” since they had already called me. One person interviewed me and they had no interest in what I had to say. They had already made up their minds on who they wanted and I was out of the interview room in 10 minutes. Worst experience possible. Why work for a company like this.
