I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Riverside, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Was put into a big conference room of at least 30 other students where they gave us some background on the organization, a tour of the facility, and then went on to the interview process. 15 of us made it to second round. 11 of those got offers. The individuals that didn't make the next steps of the interview process stayed in the big conference room until the end.
Applied through a career fair, there was an informational session the night before the interviews where you learned about the company and position. Interviews took place on campus and you were notified by email a week later regarding a decision
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Columbia, MO) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process was extremely brief and intimidating. The interviewer did not seem to want to know too much about me. He made it almost too short and sweet. I did not feel like I had a chance to express myself and he did not get to see who I really was.
