First the company treated us to a nice dinner and information session. The following day each of us had an interview at our university's career center. Then a week later they emailed us whether or not we were selected for the position.

Interview
Three VPs of the company came to our school to conduct on-campus interviews. They held an information session the night before the interviews which was helpful. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, pretty quick and average difficulty.

Interview
Felt very awkward about the interviewer. He seemed uncomfortable with interviewing and a little cocky. The questions that he asked me didn't really seem relevant to the position, more just intrusive.
