I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Hartford, CT) in Feb 2017
Interview
Interview was pretty basic. Interviewer was cold and hard to relate to .Asked questions about GPA, Why I wanted the position and my extracurriculars. When I explained that my GPA was rising due to personal struggles, the interviewer asked what they were. Also asked if I was applying to other internships, what companies they were and what the internship was. Some of his questions were off putting and it left me more offended than anything.

Interview
Very personable people interviewing us. I felt very comfortable and it was very conversational in nature. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to. First round started at school, had a pre interview dinner and info session, and then interviewed at school. Second round, met them at the district headquarters.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied through school career center, and got accepted for an interview on campus. There was a pre-interview dinner the night before the interview and then the interview the next day with a vice president. Nice dinner, but bad interview. I had the feeling the VP made up his mind about me before I walked in the door or shortly after the interview began.
