I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was pretty fast, I applied through my college and then had dinner/ an info session with them. I did a first round interview that was easy. The second round interview was on site and lasted all day they took you to a store, around the warehouse and had 4 or 5 interviews all behavioral.

Interview
2 Interviews, first one is face to face with a Vice President in person. The second interview is 6 flash interviews that are about 20 mins each. They really want you to ask questions so make sure that you ask as many questions as possible.
I was notified that I had been selected for an on-campus interview. They had a pre-night dinner where we got to learn all about Aldi. The next day I had a 30 minute interview. Thought it went great and was told I would know by the weekend. Finally got an email 3 weeks later that they had gone with another candidate.
