Applied through recruiting organization, process took less than a month.
First Interview was in store -- gave a description of position and asked behavioral questions.
Second Interview -- at district office, all day interviews consisted of 3-4 interviews with district managers, regional managers, and VP. Then there was lunch and a one on one drive to a store with a district manager.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable.

Had an informational dinner hosted on university campus, followed by the interview the next morning. Process was smooth and easy, the informational dinner was great and yielded insight regarding Aldi's business model and company culture.

Mostly behavioral questions, nothing too difficult (i.e. review of leadership positions, how various scenarios were dealt with, etc.)

Applied through school's career portal by submitting a resume, and they invite you for a dinner with some of their recruiters and a 30minute interview the next day. I'm waiting to hear back for second round of interviews at their HQ.
