Flew me out and had three rounds of interviews and a couple written questions. Able to ask any questions I had and really enjoyed the experience. I respect the company a lot!

brief interview on campus, and then a 2nd interview at region HQ. Included 4 separate roughly 30 minute interviews with senior management , warehouse tour, lunch and a tour of an Aldi store with current District Managers

Applied at the PSU Career Fair and our school's job board. I interviewed two weeks later. It was only a 20 minute interview and people were going in and out very quickly. The interview was pretty personal and didn't ask any technical questions or situational questions. Mostly just my opinions on stuff
