ALDI Full Time Sales Associate interview questions

It was pretty smooth interview it last less than 20 minutes, but what I was asked on this interview was a little bit about myself and what did you do or you’re doing in your current job. Also another question would be what makes you better than other applicants They’re little picky on who would they want to choose to work in the store expect at least over 10 to be interviewed.

Group tour of store, then one on one brief interview with the District Manager or Store Director. Basic questions, to be followed up with a second interview and then job offer.
