I would advise to research the company as much as possible before completing any of the applications, they are looking for people who really know the company inside and out and who are enthusiastic about Aldi. Preparation is key! I have the assessment Centre next Tuesday.

Interview
Psychometric and situational tests, logic tests etc, then video interview with questions written on screen and timed response taped. Assessment centre with group of 7, each did 3 min presentation then group decision exercise, then the interviewer really grills your decsion trying to intimidate you and see how you react. Didnt get to the next stage.
