Throughout the whole process of applying for the graduate role you get a sense that due to the lure of the impressive salary and company car they feel that they can afford to be unprofessional, particularly regarding their response to emails and phone calls. In total I had to travel to Chelmsford on two occasions and also Guildford on a separate occasion which required time off work and no travel expenses were covered at all. Finally I was told by the managing director I would definitely receive an email that day to confirm if I had been successful after my interview. I didn't hear anything that day and then a few days later received a generic email saying I had been unsuccessful and they cant provide specific feedback. So essentially you gain absolutely nothing out of the process which took about 3 months in total. If you have already applied and are looking for advice then it would be to cancel your application and look at other graduate roles. Don't be sucked in by the large salary on offer, for a company that preaches efficiency the process was an absolute joke.

Interview
Overly lengthy application process. They are looking for a very particular individual regardless of technical experience or capability. If you have a group of people that are not particularly capable, It is almost impossible to do the group exercise properly without coming across as overbearing.
