I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Three Rivers, MI) in Dec 2014
Interview
There were three interviews: the first with the store manager (basic questions about myself, availability, work experience, etc.), the second with the district manager (same as previous, as well as more specific and situational questions), and the third with both managers (reviewed some of the previous questions just to solidify their decision) in which they told me it had been between me and someone else and that they had decided on me. Filled out some of the initial paperwork, uniform orders, and was given my drug test form.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for us? Secondary: Why do you want to work for US, as opposed to another business of similar type (i.e. another grocery store)?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI (Dyersburg, TN) in May 2026
Interview
I will be contacted by a recruiter and a date will be set up and I may have a few interviews that may have more than one person and if I am right for the position they will ask when I would like to start after I do onboarding and a few other things
The interview process was a lot for a simple position. I think one interview is enough for this kind of position. I think two interviews waste people’s time. I also had to wait a while in line before I could talk to the manager
Sit down interview with the store manager and the district manager. Very normal interview questions. Dress professionally. Act like you care about the job and company. To really secure it mention that you're open to working in leadership/mgmt position in future.
