Interview
1. Application online
2. Online Assessment tests
3. Video interview
4. Phone interview
5. Assessment
You have to be patient it is a slow process. After finished online application and online assessment I had to wait for 1 month, 1 week later I had a video interview, 2 weeks after that a phone interview and one month later a group assessment. I am waiting for an e-mail for the next stage.
Rigid, not in person, is online, many applicants, probably they just have to screen them all and ge the jobs done, a big business I guess. Online test then record a video interview

So during your time as a manager, what has been your favorite part about being a leader as well well as the biggest challenge that you've had to overcome?
Group interview and tour of the store. Short one on one interview lasting 5 minutes or less with store manager or district manager. Process was rushed and interview was not long at all.
