Initial communications and interview process via School Career Board was great. Aldi paid for very nice dinner for about 12 interested candidates and interviewed us all after giving us an extensive overview of the position and company the next day. Interview was standard. Resume, experience and qualifications.

Telephone interview followed by assessment day. This was a group task about a scenario in the business. The group had to decide from a list of company employees who should be selected for a specific role. This was followed by an individual 5 minute presentation.

Three phase interview process. First was on campus then we were brought to the regional headquaters. Myself and nine other candidates interviewed with eight department heads for about four hours. Very long process with a third and final interview after that.

Met with them at career fair, had an interview on campus that week. Great interview, basic questions that were not aimed to trip you up. I thought the interview was awesome and was surprised to not get a follow up interview.
