I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
ALDI recruited at a career fair on campus where they required us to submit our resume online. They select people to invite to the informational dinner where they give an overview of the company. Interviews were the next day on campus and then a letter was sent out inviting us to a second interview. From there they will decide who they select for hire.
