After signing in at the door upon arrival, every interviewee waited in a small waiting room. At the time when the interview was scheduled to start, one of the interviewer came out and led us in to the interview room. We took a seat before another interviewer briefly introduced himself and the process of the group interview. Then he said let’s start. We took turns to have an interview because we were a group of 10 people and there were only 3 interviewers. I was interviewed by a female interviewer. She briefly read my resume and started to cover it up and talked to me. She asked a few basic questions like introduce yourself and tell me about Aldi, whether you are ok with the role about working hours or responsibilities, the store you prefer. She didn’t take any notes after the start. That’s where I realized I would not be accepted for whatever reasons she first saw or heard.
