Interview
Talked to them at career fair that my college attended and then applied online. Had first round interview on campus. Was contacted that day to set up the second round interview which took place at the distribution center. You had several interviews, lunch and a tour of the facility. They requested a drug test a week later and once I passed I was extended an offer.

Interview
First round was a video recording having to answer six behavioral questions. You are given about two minutes to answer each question and 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
Resume screen then HireVue, very basic and simple questions. One attempt but you get 30 seconds to prepare. There's also some videos to watch of the hiring manager describing the process.

4 rounds, not very technical, after the first round, it's just talking to highups to see if you fit the culture. You get the name of the interviewer ahead of time.
