I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview went great. Very friendly and informative. Asked me the right questions. Informed me of company background and processes, average salary for position. Full time position includes benefits. Seems like a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Question 1
How my past experience would apply to the position
There was a three-step interview process
A group interview, an individual, and a final interview with the district manager. There was roughly a 2-week period between each step. The process took a while, but everyone who interviewed me was very friendly.
Interview process went very smoothly. Within a week or two I heard from the store manager to scheduled the interview. After my interview with the store manager I spoke to the district manager and was offered a position shortly after that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Chesterfield, MO) in Aug 2025
Interview
Super quick- said it was a group interview but it was just me and one other person and we were called in individually by the manager for about 5-10 minutes. Asked very basic questions, about 5. asked if I had any questions and then told me they'd let me know by the end of the week.
