Assessment Day
This was really fun. We were a group of 6 and had to give an individual presentation. After that we had to work in a team to come up with a proposal to senior members of the team. Obviously it was theoretical but it was fun.
Thé interview is in a week from now for me. So i don’t know how difficult the final interview stage is. But the online interview and Assessment day were average and a good experience !

One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.
