Took 45 minutes of the interview, which was supposed to be a phone screening interview. Totally detailed and several on-the-job questions which I would want to answer for the reporting manager rather than a Hiring manager. People should be paid for wasting someone's time in an interview as well. Wasted 45 mins of my life.

First there was a video interview which was recorded. I was given 1 or 1.5 minutes for each question. I prepared very well and memorised the most relevant questions that could be asked. I passed it. There was a second assessment (Excel). It was easy but lengthy. I was given 45 minutes to complete the questions. There were approximately 12-15 questions. Starting from basic excel to advanced. It needed strong logic as well. It was in person at their main office in Atherstone.
