I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
Took 45 minutes of the interview, which was supposed to be a phone screening interview. Totally detailed and several on-the-job questions which I would want to answer for the reporting manager rather than a Hiring manager.
People should be paid for wasting someone's time in an interview as well. Wasted 45 mins of my life.

Question 1
Detailed questions for a phone screening interview, which I would answer on a video interview with the reporting manager and board.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Atherstone, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
I went through a few things. First I had a set of assessments, then I had an interview. I waited for a very long time before hearing back with that one. I got to a final interview which seemed very positive, then I was turned down. The worst bit was the lack of feedback and lack of contact with anyone. No emails, no phone number, just stringing along and disappointment. It is unfortunate too, because I liked the people I interviewed with and was very excited about the role.

Question 1
The asked what I know about ALDI, asked for explanations of previous experience, why I wanted to go into pricing, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Atherstone, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
First there was a video interview which was recorded. I was given 1 or 1.5 minutes for each question. I prepared very well and memorised the most relevant questions that could be asked. I passed it.
There was a second assessment (Excel). It was easy but lengthy. I was given 45 minutes to complete the questions. There were approximately 12-15 questions. Starting from basic excel to advanced. It needed strong logic as well. It was in person at their main office in Atherstone.
