I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI in Feb 2011
Interview
They asked me about my resume and asked my biggest accomplishments and to rate my college experience on a scale from 1-10. They asked how I differentiated myself from other candidates and how would I describe to my family why I wanted to work for Aldi. He then asked me "role playing" questions about how I would react to a customer stealing, a worker who was late, and if someone came to the store with a coupon and the product had already sold out how would I deal with that. Not too bad of an interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Orlando, FL) in May 2024
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.
