I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (State College, PA) in Oct 2023
Interview
2 parts one 30-minute interview and then another in-person at a distribution facility all day. First round wasn't bad if your actually interested but the second you have to make an impact immediately since you are in a group of about 20 others and only take maybe 1 or 2 from the group. Lunch was the interview but more casual. They did reimburse me for my travels to the center
