Interview
It was a group interview but they then single-handedly picked some for a regular one in one interview. Wasted my time, energy, and def gas traveling all the way to an Aldi who had zero product on the shelves. It was almost Kim they were on the brink of shutting down. And of course no one got the job so yea.
The interview takes place at the store and multiple applicants are brought in at the same time. If you don't arrive early, expect a long wait. Each interview takes approximately 10-20 minutes in which you will be asked general, basic interview questions by the store manager. If you make it past the first interview, you will be called in for a second in which the district manager will commonly sit in and ask you similar questions. Business casual is appropriate and professionalism is paramount.
The interview process consisted of multiple stages, beginning with an initial recruiter screening to discuss my background and role expectations. This was followed by technical interviews focused on problem-solving, coding, and system design. I also completed
Was pretty rigorous for a cashier job. Had a group interview, then face to face with store manager, and then pre medical but that was done virtually. Once that was done i waited about a week before i was given an offer. Just be presentable, know basic info about ALDI.
