I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Barrow in Furness, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Starts off OK with online tests.
Next Stage is a video interview, with no opportunity to retake ! I blew it as having read questions recorded looking at yourself on your screen, I found it nerve racking and floundered. Hence, I didn't get any further, pity as I am very calm in interview situations normally. I think it was the lack of someone to talk to or focus on.

Question 1
What about Aldi made you interested in applying for the position?
Can you tell me about a time that you had an employee that you helped with their training and that really sticks out in your memory and what their training process was sort of like?
So during your time as a manager, what has been your favorite part about being a leader as well well as the biggest challenge that you've had to overcome?
Group interview and tour of the store. Short one on one interview lasting 5 minutes or less with store manager or district manager. Process was rushed and interview was not long at all.
