The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Ashland, KY) in Oct 2010
Interview
First they had a hiring event. I went to that and be sure and get there early! they had a table set up witha district manager and a line you had to walk up and they would ask what position are you applying for. Then they would ask why do you feel your a good candidate for that position. Then i waited about 2 weeks and had a phone interview. about 20 minutes. then was called back in about 3 days to talk to another district manager. face to face. then Met with Operations Manager and District manager for another interview and shown the store. Then called back to take drug screen and fill out back ground check. Back ground check consist of any address you lived in last 10 years and check for any crimes and speeding tickets nothing else. Then once that comes back in about 3 to 7 days you have a final interview letting you know you will have to work somewhere else without gas milage for about a month until your training is done then your on your own back at the original store you hired in at. If you really want the job there just remember tell them you are very eager to learn willing to do what ever it takes they are looking for a specail person the girl that was intervieweing when i did told them she wanted to do this and that and she never got it they hired me because i was very humble and told them wht they wanted to hear eager to learn willing to do what ever it takes. they try and ask same questions to see if you will change your answer but just tell them about the same. keep that in mind...
