ALDI Shift Manager/Cashier interview questions

I dropped off my resume because I noticed a sign out front that stated they were hiring managers. I have always heard great things about aldis so I jumped at the chance. I was called the following day for an interview 3 days later with the DM and Director. To the point questions nothing to hard. I did all the research in the world on ALDIS so I was prepared. Got a call the following day to interview with the Store Manager. He was awesome and we hit it off! I had the interview yesterday and I am anticipating a call back for Phase 3. He assured me I would get a call back!

I walked in with my application, had an interview the next day, they asked about my experience, told me what hours I would work, and gave me a drug screening
