I dropped off my application at a career fair event the store was running. I was asked to come in for an interview with the District Manager. Then I was given a tour of the store with the Store Manager. I received a callback a few days later.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Duluth, GA) in May 2013
Interview
applied in store at job fair. was contacted next day for an interview. interview process was very simple and questions were simple as well
be sure to have phone nearby at all times due to the fact that they will call from a unknown number; they don't give out the store numbers. if you do miss the calls, they are good at informing you when they will try to call back

Question 1
In the case of an out of stock item, how would you go by informing the customer / what actions would you take?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2015
Interview
Went to a hiring event and got called about a week later. Went in to interview with 2 regional people. The next day I had a second interview with a store manager that just shower me around the place . Then a week later o had a third interview with the same two regional people for all of 3 minutes. Which they made me drive far out to a location that I wasn't even going to be working at. After that they told me another store manager would contact me. He did and I didn't respond back. All in all the process was a bunch of wasted time it took like a month and I was tired of waiting on aldi.
