ALDI Part Time Sales Associate interview questions

It was a group interview where the manager showed us around and then an individual interview which was more one-on-one. It went smoothly and they followed the guidelines of covid-19.

I passed the online application and then went on to the video stage, which was 4/5 questions which would have been fine however for about 2 of them they give you a bit of time to think what to say, yet only 30 seconds to say it! Which if anyone knows an in depth customer service answer- this is not possible in such short time, and then it cuts off without letting you re-do or watch back the video.
