ALDI Retail Assistant interview questions

The Group Interview consisted of series of questions. There were basic day to day activity type of questions. Recruiter expects you to participate and speak, and this is the fundamental analysis of the group interview. They expect you to participate but are not necessarily looking for the right answer.

Before an in person interview, I had to complete an online video interview. I had to answer different questions and record my answer and this was timed. In person interview was quite relaxed, interviewer just went over some aspects of my CV and asked me about my motivation behind applying for the job as well as how long I was planning to work there.
