ALDI Retail Assistant interview questions

Short call, group interview with 3 people, then another short interview with one person to discuss my availability, then another to talk about the job The group interview was intimidating at first but it was easy as there were other people. You just have to know how to make yourself stand out within the group. Ask questions as that’s what they like.

Wasn't even an interview, very bare-bones. Was more like the manager have a look at what the applicants looked like. Applicants filled out a paper form and then had a 2-minute talk with the manager discussing items on the form mainly as well as a previous job.
