I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Melbourne) in Oct 2020
Interview
I did a few assessments online and then moved onto the video interview where I was asked 3 questions, each question has around 1-2mins to answer. The questions were fairly easy but I stuffed up a little bit so I think that's why I didn't get the job.

- Tell us about a time when you deal with a difficult customer in a stressful environment.
- Do you think it’s important to work fast or get the job done right and why?
I applied online, the next day I received an invitation for a video interview. The video interview was very short, about 3 questions in total with a 10 to 15 seconds to answer each question and they were easy

Interview
Asked to do a video interview after a few days of my resume being submitted, the process was pretty fast paced and a little nerve racking because of the weird experience of video but they only asked 3 questions so it was over quickly.
