ALDI Retail Assistant interview questions

GROUP Interview: We filled a short form: Name, Position Applied, List of stores you wish to work, Your Availability, Your health condition. and submitted to the interviewer. Introduce yourself, and tell us why you want to work for ALDI ONE-on-ONE INTERVIEW: Tell me about your self Why do you want to work for ALDI? Confirmation of what I filled in the form (availability, health, and preferred stores) What's the minimum hours you can work from a financial stand point as we don't currently have full time opportunities? Finally, the bomb, which I guess scored me down: WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE ENGINEERING?
