ALDI Retail Assistant interview questions

Do your research on Aldi. Bring a pen. And dress respectfully. Group Interview: arrived to a group interview of approx 30 ppl. An Area Manager gave a presentation on the company for the first 20 minutes. The group was then split into 4 groups of about 7 to 8 applicants. Each member of the group answered the following questions: Why do you want to work for Aldi? What is something interesting about yourself? Describe a challenged you have experienced in a previous role? Apart from customer service, what skill do you think is most required while working in this job? What did you learn from the presentation? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? If successful in the group interview, you have an opportunity to have a one on one interview with the area manager at a later date. I was given the opportunity to lead the interview by asking questions relating to the position. Overall it was a casual, but good experience.

Process took one week. I have been called for group interview.they asked us to introduce other candidate for same position.and we had walk with area manager through the store.he asked how do u find Aldi different than other super market ? What is different in our catalogue??
