ALDI Retail Assistant interview questions

Just a simple phone call then irl interview. Just gotta talk about yourself in the 1st one. Okay experience. 2nd interview was in person but still pretty general to see if you are a good fit

First, they sent me an email for a video interview. Their app was not easy to use. I opened by Google Chrome but it kept asking me to allow the camera and microphone while I already did. I had to change to Firefox to enter the video interview. Days later, they sent me an email to notice that I didn't do the video interview so they would reject my application. I sent them an email to tell them I already did it on time. After that, they sent me another email and said that I was not chosen.
