ALDI Sales Assistant interview questions

Initially submitted quite a lengthy application and then was invited to submit a video interview. I was asked 5 questions and recorded my answers with 30 seconds to a minute to prepare my answers. I was then invited in store to interview with the area manager. This was quite casual and I was invited back two days later for a store visit with the store manager. They asked a few more questions and gave me a tour of the store. I received my offer the same day. The whole process took just under 2 weeks from submitting the application to receiving the offer.
