ALDI Sales Assistant interview questions

I was invited to a one on one interview after applying online. It was a quick screening interview to see if I was suitable for the position. Unfortunately I didn't fit the bill. And was told over email that my application wouldn't be continuing to the next stage.

Group Interview only 4 including me showed up. Fairly casual we sat in a room , The area manager gave us details on our duties and responsibilities also salary and shifts. she then gave us a sheet to fill out and asked us questions individually. we then had a tour around ALDI and that was it.
