I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Leicester, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was a group interview with around 10 people, consisting of a situational judgment test in your groups to start with, and then a short maths test afterwards.
You were then told to write which store you applied to down and then let go afterwards, saying you'd hear back in 48 hours.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ALDI in Jun 2017
Interview
I filled out a load of forms online which included a situational test. The process took about 2 hours.
I was offered an interview about a week later.
I arrived to the interview on time and had to sit around and wait as the area manager was busy. When I finally got to see him, the interview itself was pretty short and vague. I also had to do a maths test.
