ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

The interview process for Aldi store assistant role was fairly straightforward. The communication inbetween the initial interview and feedback was good. They kept in touch and sent updates. Once I found out that I had passed the interview stage , it was also quite quick to start. Very efficient would reccomend

First step of interview process is the video interview which you record yourself. Takes around 5 minutes to complete pretty easy didnt get past that stage though. “Why do you want to work at Aldi?” • “Can you describe a time you provided excellent customer service?” • “How do you handle working in a fast-paced environment?” • “What are your strengths and areas for improvement?” • “What motivates you in a work setting?”
