I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI (Huddersfield, England)
Interview
Showed me round the whole store for 40 minutes then never even got back to me. No smiles from managers or staff. Take themselves and their job very seriously. Especially when it comes to timing of tasks. No talking.
Basic questions were asked. Like introduce yourself. Availability and small questions. My interview didn't last long so I had an idea that it didn't go well. He interviewer asked about my university and how many days I had classes
Interview was harder than it should be for what it was and there was a timer on the screen and a few chances to retake, questions were typical and made sense for the role. The whole process was long as there were many assesments before this stage too which i think were unecessary
