There is a situational judgement test that you'd have to pass during the online application process, which is standard for most store assistant roles. However if you get selected, you'd be invited to an online group discussion over MS Teams, instead of being called into the store for an in-person interview. Four questions: I had one minute to record my answer for each as part of an initial online interview. No retakes, one recording per question. Thirty seconds to prepare my answer before the one minute recording would start. I was successful and following this online recorded interview, I got invited to an in person interview (final stage).
